Everyone's been excited for Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda's hilarious collaboration with FRIENDS co-creater Marta Kaufman.  Their new Netflix show, Grace and Frankie, brings the shockingly underrepresented demographic of older women into the spotlight. It also touches on issues of sexuality and tells the story of the growth of a female friendship.  I got less excited, however, when Fonda publicly announced that she and Tomlin are making the same salary as the men on the show, despite having more screentime and doing a good deal more work.  Not so funny now, I guess.  Way to go for speaking out, ladies!
