Objectification is everywhere."Sex sells", you say? Not so fast. It turns out sex isn't really what's being sold here...or we'd be seeing a lot more half-naked men attached to advertising images. It's power, and powerlessness. And the chances are, you're buying it.

The results of buying it are crappy on a bunch of levels, from lowered idea of political efficacy, to worse relationships with other women, to  increased sexual dysfunction. Yep, the more you see yourself as a sex object, the worse your experience of sex is. Nice, huh?
